WEBSITE VISIBILITY REPORT

See what people do with your equipment listings.

Each month, the Website Visibility Report shows how people find your website, which listings they view, and which units lead to calls, forms, texts, email clicks, and other contact requests.

WHY IT MATTERS

Pageviews are a start, not the whole story.

A traffic report can tell you how many people visited the site. Varius goes further by connecting that activity to the equipment people viewed and the actions they took next.

See the listing

Find out which units, categories, and pages received attention.

See the action

See whether visitors called, sent a form, started a text, clicked an email address, or asked for directions.

See the source

When tracking is set up, see whether useful visits came from search, email, social media, ads, referrals, or another website.

WHAT THE REPORT SHOWS

One monthly report for the website and inventory.

The report is written for equipment dealers. It brings the main website numbers, inventory activity, and contact requests together in one place.

Website activity

Visitors, pageviews, popular pages, and changes from the previous month.

Search visibility

Search visits, clicks, impressions, search terms, and listing pages found in search when the data is available.

Inventory activity

Popular listings, makes, models, categories, related equipment clicks, and listings with views but few contacts.

Contact requests

Calls, forms, texts, email clicks, directions, financing clicks, trade clicks, and quote requests.

Sources and campaigns

Referrals, source and medium, UTM campaigns, search, social media, email, direct visits, marketplaces, and Google Business Profile.

Publishing checks

Check whether website inventory and supported publishing are staying current.

LISTING REPORT

See the activity for each unit.

The listing report can show the equipment, stock number, store, visits, calls, forms, texts, and main traffic source together. Your team can see which units are getting attention and which ones may need better photos, a price change, or a follow-up campaign.

The sample report uses example data. The information in your report depends on the forms, phone and text setup, campaign tracking, and listing details available on your website.

SOURCES AND CAMPAIGNS

See where useful visits come from.

When campaign tracking is set up, the report can show whether ads, emails, social posts, referrals, or marketplace links brought people to your listings and whether those visits led to contact requests.

Ask About Tracking

Traffic sources

See visits from search, paid ads, social media, email, referrals, marketplaces, direct traffic, and Google Business Profile.

Campaign names

Use UTM tracking to connect campaign source, medium, and name to listing views and contact requests.

Advertising context

When advertising cost data is available, it can be reviewed alongside campaign traffic and contact requests.

Missed opportunities

Spot sources that bring visits but few contacts, and listings that receive attention without creating an inquiry.

MULTI-LOCATION REPORTING

Keep the store attached to the listing.

When listings are assigned to dealer locations in Varius, the report can group inventory visits and contact requests by store. Owners can see the whole dealership while each location keeps the context for its own equipment.

Activity by store

See listing visits and contact requests for the location assigned to each unit.

Contact requests by store

See which store, category, and unit led to calls, forms, texts, and direction requests.

Whole-dealership view

Give owners a dealer-wide summary while keeping the store information behind each listing.

CLEAR LIMITS

The report shows contact activity, not a guaranteed sale.

Varius can show which listings and sources led to website activity. Connecting that activity to a completed sale requires sales follow-up, CRM information, or another process that records the final outcome.

What it can show

Visits, listing views, calls, forms, texts, email clicks, directions, traffic sources, UTM campaigns, and contact rate.

What it does not promise

Google rankings, guaranteed advertising returns, exact ad-to-sale attribution without sales data, or proof that one website action caused one sold unit.

WHO USES IT

One report for owners, sales, and marketing.

Owners and managers

See whether the dealer website is attracting visitors and creating useful contact activity.

Sales teams

See which units are getting attention and which listings have views but few contact requests.

Marketing teams

Connect campaigns and traffic sources to equipment views and contact requests.

FAQ

Questions about the report.

Is the report included in the Website plan?

Yes. A monthly Website Visibility Report is included with the Website and Commerce plans.

Do we need to understand GA4 or Tag Manager?

No. The report focuses on your website, equipment listings, traffic sources, and contact requests instead of the technical tools behind the tracking.

Can phone and text activity be tracked?

Click-to-call, text requests, email clicks, and form submissions can be reported when the website and tracking setup support those actions.

Does the report promise Google rankings?

No. It can show search visibility and trends when that data is available, but it does not promise rankings or guaranteed search results.
