These terms apply to the public Varius website. Customer subscriptions, implementation work, hosting, publishing endpoints, and support are governed by the agreements created for those services.

Website information
The website provides general information about Varius products, website plans, supported publishing, commerce, integrations, and reporting. Content may change as products, platform rules, and supported services evolve.
No endpoint promise without scope
A platform named on the website is not automatically available for every dealership. Endpoint support depends on account access, data requirements, platform rules, configuration, and a confirmed implementation scope.
Third-party services
Varius may connect with or link to third-party websites, marketplaces, analytics services, form providers, commerce services, or other platforms. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, eligibility requirements, and availability.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, or use the site in a way that harms Varius, its customers, or other visitors.
Intellectual property
The Varius name, product interface, website content, design, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Dealer and third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and changes
The public website is provided on an as-available basis. Varius may update the website, these terms, product descriptions, and service availability. Material customer commitments should be confirmed in a written agreement.
